Mike Kish serves as the Chief Acquisition Officer (CAO) of Accretive. As CAO, Mike works closely with the Accretive leadership team to define and execute the next phase of its M&A strategy to support strategic company growth and profitability. He manages a proven M&A team and related processes from targeting to letter of intent to closing the deal.
Mike previously served as senior vice president of Mergers and Acquisitions at AssuredPartners. He joined the company in 2012 to lead the acquisition team and has been involved in nearly 500 agency and specialty company deals globally. He took on the newly created role of CAO for the fast-growing and diverse Accretive group of companies in early 2024. Mike has 25 years of insurance industry experience and received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance and economics from Ohio University.
