LaShai Payne, has been with Keenan since 2004, initially as a Marketing Product Specialist responsible for the roll-out and implementation of new employee benefits products. As Senior Vice President and part of the product development team, LaShai is responsible for all operational aspects of Keenan Pharmacy Solutions. She plays an integral role in the transition of new groups into the purchasing coalition. From implementation to ongoing service and support, LaShai serves as a liaison to the Rx carriers, and client advocate to ensure a smooth transition, and has been recognized as an industry expert for more than two decades.
